The great national debate has revealed that the French are paying more and more attention to the environment and wish to accelerate the ecological transition. To ensure that everyone can take action on a daily basis, the Government has, beginning in spring 2018, presented various measures aimed at improved production, leaner consuming and better waste management. This roadmap for the circular economy has been supplemented by an anti-waste law project. After the adoption by Parliament at the end of January 2020, the anti-waste law for a circular economy was promulgated on February 11th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The anti-waste law for a circular economy is built around five main objectives: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today we are interested in the last point which foresees the end of the systematic printing of receipts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the draft of the law, the government reminds us that there is no current obligation to print receipts for the provision of goods and services amounting to less than \u20ac 25 including tax. Additionally, the government remarked that in France, the printing of receipts is systematic even if the customer refuses it and does not even consult it in the end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This represents tens of billions of simple receipts printed each year in France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Government also stresses that receipts printed on thermal paper have an impact on public health. Despite the choice of many merchants to use thermal paper containing bisphenol F or S rather than the controversial bisphenol A; no sufficient studies have shown that these are nontoxic and not harmful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The anti-waste law for a circular economy therefore puts an end to the systematic printing of receipts in sales areas in France unless the customer has clearly expressed his wish to obtain proof of his purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The objective, set for January 1, 2023, is the systematic ban on any sales receipt that has not been requested by the customer for any transaction regardless of the amount. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin que chacun puisse agir au quotidien, Le Gouvernement avait dès le printemps 2018 présenté différentes mesures ayant pour but de mieux produire, mieux consommer et mieux gérer les déchets. Cette feuille de route pour l’économie circulaire a été complétée par un projet de loi anti-gaspillage. Après adoption par le Parlement fin janvier 2020, La loi anti-gaspillage pour une économie circulaire a été promulguée le 11 février dernier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La loi anti-gaspillage pour une économie circulaire est construite autour de cinq grands objectifs : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nous nous intéressons aujourd’hui au dernier point qui prévoit la fin de l’impression systématique des tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dans le projet de loi, le Gouvernement rappelait que l’impression des tickets de caisse ne constituait déjà auparavant aucune obligation pour les commerçants pour les prestations de services inférieures à 25€ TTC. Et le Gouvernement mettais en avant qu’en France l’impression des tickets de caisse est systématique même si le client le refuse et ne le consulte même pas au final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cela représenterait plusieurs dizaines de milliard de simples preuves d’achat qui seraient édités chaque année en France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le Gouvernement souligne également que les tickets auraient par ailleurs un impact en matière de santé publique. Malgré le choix de nombreux commerçant d’utiliser des tickets thermiques contenant du bisphénol F ou S plutôt que le controversé bisphénol A; aucune étude suffisante n’a prouvé que ceux-ci ne sont pas toxiques ou nocifs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La loi anti-gaspillage pour une économie circulaire met donc un terme à l’impression systématique des tickets de caisse dans les surfaces de vente en France sans que le client n’ai clairement exprimé son souhait d’obtenir une preuve de son achat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
L’objectif, fixé au 1er janvier 2023, est l’interdiction de l’impression systématique de tout ticket qui n’aurait pas été demandé par le client pour toute transaction et cela sans limitation de montant. Cette interdiction ne se limite pas aux tickets de caisse mais s’applique également aux reçus de carte bancaire, etc.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Februar das Abfallschutzgesetz für eine Kreislaufwirtschaft erlassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute interessiert uns der letzte Punkt, der das Ende des systematischen Druckens von Belegen vorsieht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In dem Gesetzentwurf erinnerte die Regierung daran, dass das Drucken von Quittungen für bei einem kleineren Betrag als 25 EUR einschließlich Steuern, bereits bisher nicht verpflichtend war. Und die Regierung machte geltend, dass in Frankreich das Drucken von Quittungen systematisch sei, auch wenn der Kunde dies ablehnte und am Ende den Beleg nicht entgegennahm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dies stellt Milliarden von Kassenbons dar, welche nutzlos und ohne weitere Verwendung jedes Jahr in Frankreich erstellt würden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die Regierung betont auch, dass diese Belege nicht vollkommen unbedenklich für die Gesundheit sein könnten. Dies trotz der Entscheidung vieler Unternehmen Thermopapier die statt Bisphenols A statt F oder S verwenden. Wobei nicht ausreichende Studien gezeigt haben, dass diese nicht toxisch oder schädlich sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Das Abfallschutzgesetz für eine effiziente Kreislaufwirtschaft beendet daher das systematische Drucken von Belegen in Frankreich. Die einzige Ausnahme ist der ausdrückliche Wunsch des Kunden nach einem Kaufnachweis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Das am 1.
